If you are late your time will need to be shortened since the spa room and canine swim specialist is generally booked after your session In order to accommodate you we ask that you book appointments in advance. If you must cancel please give as much advance notice as possible. This gives us enough time to fill a slot. If you do not notify us there will be a charge of one half of the normal spa fee. We ask that you DO NOT feed you dog four hours prior to hydrothermal exercise. Please make sure your dog eliminates BEFORE entering the spa room. If you are a first time guest, please arrive 15 minutes early so we may provide a We provide flexible scheduling. After your initial one hour appointment to familiarize your dog to the environment and the swim spa we will be able to offer appointments for day sleepers and night owls. Please inquire for further details. We want your appointment to be a time of relaxing. We would appreciate it if you leave your cell phone in the car. Please pay special attention to bathe and brush your dog before your appointment. This is also important for short-haired dogs. After you have brushed your dog, PLEASE do it one more time WE REALLY APPRECIATE THIS, and so does our swim-spa. For the health of your dog, please inform us if any flea/tick product has been applied to your dog in the past, and especially most recently. VERY IMPORTANT. Blow dryers and warmed towels are supplied, however you may want to bring a blanket , doggie coat or T-shirt or extra towels for use on the way home. This will help prevent your dog from getting chilled after his session. We accept cash and personal checks. |
